    I couldn't recommend Will more. I've had a few PTs before, I usually start with them as a way to elevate my understanding of the gym and usage, then find the trainers horrible and condescending and stop seeing them fairly quickly, followed by quitting the gym soon after. I took on Will's introductory session as my normal "get to know the gym" but didn't expect to continue with him for long. One year later, I do 5 sessions a week with him and join his semi-regular challenge programs. I'm a larger woman with plenty of health issues, and Will is always there to guide and motivate me. He's taught me to enjoy weights, push my limits, and think about my health in new ways. He's kind, understanding, and knows when and how to push your limits and knows when you really are at your current max. 11/10 :)
