HYPE 1.0 (30 minute session) - additional $60PW inc GST.

Bring a water bottle, towel and phone to every session. Wear something that you can comfortably train in.

There is a 12 week minimum term.

The first session will include a movement analysis in the case one has not been conducted previously. From there, the remainder of the session will depend largely on the experience level and goals of the individual being trained.

Clients will have the option of conducting either a self led warm up and cool down or a trainer led warm and cool down. This will really depend on the client’s experience level and willingness to perform these by themselves.

The session provides us with an opportunity to work on more technical movements or perform a session with more intensity outside of what may be experienced within the programmed sessions. However, this will also depend on the number sessions per week I have the client doing and the goals f the client

You’ll access your programming, track your progress and provide performance feedback via the My Strength Book app which you will gain access to upon signing up to HYPX 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, or ONLINE subscriptions
