WILL IRVING, PERSONAL TRAINER, ONLINE COACH & FOUNDER OF HYPX FITNESS
My name is Will Irving, face-to-face and online coach and founder of HYPX Fitness.
My own fitness journey started in 2007 when I was 16 years old. The ‘why’ behind my wanting to be better was joining the Australian Army, which, at that point in my life, was a strong incentive to train to get fitter and stronger. If you don’t have a ‘why’, try digging a little deeper and find one that really matters to you; it will make the hard days a little easier.
Over the years I’ve gained a tonne of experience in numerous fitness disciplines ranging from bodybuilding, strength training, CrossFit, endurance and military fitness. I like to think that during this time I’ve developed a reasonably in-depth understanding of what aspects of training and exercise are necessary to get fit, get strong, and move well, long into the future.
Since I started my fitness journey, I have been extremely passionate about all things fitness and how it challenges you. It forces you to grow, both physically and mentally, as well as truly improving every other aspect of your life.
